    🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

    First of all—thank you!
    If you're reading this, it means you’ve likely purchased from Ikorii, and we truly appreciate your support. Our goal is to make sure you love what you ordered, and if you don’t, we’ll do our best to make it right.


    💌 Returns

    If you're not satisfied with your item, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit equal to the original item value.

    Return Conditions:

    • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

    • Return shipping is paid by the customer

    • All approved returns are issued as store credit only

    • Shipping fees are not included in the store credit and are non-refundable

    We process all returns within 3–5 business days of receiving your item and will notify you via email once your store credit has been issued.

    📧 If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@ikorii.com — we treat these matters with top priority.


    🔄 Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.
    If you’d like a different size or item, simply return your original item and use your store credit to place a new order.


    Change of Mind / Order Cancellation

    Changed your mind?
    You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
    To make changes, email us at support@ikorii.com within that 12-hour window.


    💳 Refunds

    Refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not issue refunds to your original method of payment.

    Refund Notes:

    • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable

    • If you use an Ikorii return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit

    • Gift cards and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned


    🚫 Returns Not Accepted If:

    • The item is a custom or made-to-order product

    • The item is a gift card

    • The return request is made after 30 days from delivery

    • The return is due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

    If your item was never delivered due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, Ikorii is not responsible unless the package is returned to sender. If the shipping address was correct but your item was not delivered within 30 working days, we will investigate and reship if necessary.

    Please note: If your tracking says “delivered” but you did not receive your package, you are responsible for contacting your local postal carrier and filing a claim.


    📦 Return Shipping Guidelines

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable

    • If you're returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

    • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
