Refund and Return

First, if you need to consider and return, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “Thank You”. Nothing makes us happier than happy Ikorii customers. We promise to do our very best to deliver a fantastic product and customer experience. 

If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to correct the problem quickly. Therefore, we will gladly replace or exchange the item for you.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for the exact value of the store credit.

  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • We process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Would you please email support@ikorii.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty? We will treat this with the highest priority. 
  • Customers are required to pay for their return shipping costs.
  • All returns will be issued in the form of store credit. 
  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returned items. You will receive your store credit via email. Kindly note that we DO NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refunded.
  • We DO NOT offer exchanges for any items. If you need to exchange an item, please return your original order and use the store credit emailed to you.  

Change Your Mind 

You may cancel an order within 12 hours after you place your order. 

You can contact our support team via email at support@ikorii.com within 12 hours if you want to change the size or variants before we process your order.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are offered on all orders except customized/personalized items.
  • We deduct the shipping fee for the use of our returns label. 
  • All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. 

Ikorii WILL NOT refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable or returned to sender by the courier. For example, suppose the address is accurate but missing (orders placed in the United States where the package never got delivered after 30 working days from order date). In that case, we will investigate, retrieve and locate the package. If the courier does not retrieve the package, Ikorii will reship the order at no additional cost. If your package shows delivered based on the tracking updates, but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office, file a claim for the missing package and resolve the issue. 

  1. The following goods are exempt from being returned:
  • Gift cards
  • If the item is customized and made to order. Hence ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns only if there is a defect in the item purchased or you have not received your items after 30 working days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
